Which Is Right For Me?

Is Business ADSL right for me?

Webafrica's Business Uncapped ADSL range has been designed to provide you and your business with the best internet service possible (subject to our transparent and fair Acceptable Use Policy – AUP). Not only have we ensured priority for business applications such as email, FTP downloads and voice over IP (Skype and so on) but our Business Uncapped range makes use of our Titanium Quality bandwidth to deliver fast and reliable internet access.

We offer four types of Business ADSL products – Business Uncapped and Business Capped – and two Pro accounts – Business Uncapped Pro and Business Capped Pro. The Pro packages come at a slightly higher cost but are packed with extra features and receive prioritised bandwidth which means you don’t have to worry about heavy internet traffic holding up your business.

Why Go Uncapped?

Tired of monitoring your internet usage? Then our Business Uncapped internet is for you. With Webafrica Uncapped, a fixed monthly fee gives you access to a month’s worth of unlimited data. There are no hidden costs, making business uncapped ADSL perfect for most users. Remember that with an uncapped package you pay for the speed at which you access data, not the amount of data you use.

Why Go Capped?

Our Business capped internet packages give you a fixed amount of data that you can use as you like. You pay upfront for your gigs; the speed at which you can access them is dictated by your ADSL line. Our business capped data packages enjoy both full ADSL line speed and a higher quality priority on our network to make it ideal for businesses that need that extra bit of speed as well as those who know how much data they use, or want to use, during the month.

20 Mbps: The second fastest business ADSL connection available in South Africa, at full speed 20 Mbps can download a 1 GB file in just 8 minutes.

40 Mbps: The fastest business ADSL internet connection available in South Africa. If speed is important to your business then 40 Mbps ADSL is what you need. At full speed it will download a 1 GB file in 4 minutes.

Should I consider Business Capped?

If speed and uptime are critical to your business and you need that extra edge, we recommend our Business ADSL packages. Featuring Titanium Quality bandwidth and backed by priority support, these packages ensure the fastest service possible.

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel icon image.

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel?

You can upgrade or downgrade your ADSL broadband account at any time simply by logging onto our easy-to-use Customer Zone and choosing your new package. Upgrades are instant; downgrades are activated at month end if initiated before the 20th of that month.

Webafrica doesn't do contracts, so if you want to cancel our service, just give us a calendar month's notice – it's as simple as that! And although we can't speak for the other guys, we have no hidden setup or cancellation fees or any sundry costs.

Does my team size affect my internet speed icon image.

Does my team size matter?

Yes it does. While the internet speed we provide you with remains the same, the more people you have using your internet, the more your bandwidth is shared between them. And based on their usage, speed will indeed be affected. So for larger teams we recommend our faster ADSL line options (10 Mbps, 20 Mbps & 40 Mbps).

Do I need a Static IP icon image.

Do I need a Static IP?

It depends on your business needs. A static web address is one that is manually assigned to your computer. Static IP addresses enable you to connect to your PC from anywhere in the world. You can also host your own website, mail server, FTP server and gaming server, as well as minimise downtime by using Static IPs. If this is something you need then head over to our Business Static Uncapped page.
